Brian has completed two projects for us in London On. Our older home on Scenic Drive needed a deck so that backyard space could be utilized to the fullest potential, but some unique challenges had to be considered at design and building stages. Brian worked closely with us at every step to ensure satisfaction. Changes were made and decisions reversed, and delays occurred as well, but it all came together beautifully, on time and within budget.
We contracted Brian again for our new house in Cleardale Ravine. This deck/patio was more elaborate then the first project, and required co-ordination with other tradesmen. All went well with no major set backs, and once again we were very happy with the final results.
Brian puts in the time at concept and design stages to ensure that one gets what they need, and require. His professionalism and workmanship are icing on the cake.

Brian was very understanding and helped us visualize what it would look like and offered some creative suggestions. We now have a lovely side and back steps and a privacy fence. The job job that he did was completed on time, with no mess for us to clean up. After each day Brian cleaned up and had his tools out of the way. His work did not inconvience us. I believe we received value for our money spent. I am sure we will have Brian back this summer to do some more work transforming our back yard into our private oasis.
